I’ve been a personal trainer in Glasgow since 2001 but have worked in the fitness industry since 1994. In that time many fad diets have come and gone as have numerous “get fit quick” schemes. What was true then is still true now: fitness and health comes from hard work, solid nutrition and discipline. It also requires the knowhow but that’s why you get a personal trainer in the first place!
